Google LLC has released a new version of its open-source Skaffold code deployment tool, which simplifies the development of software container applications by businesses.
It can take a long time to deploy a new container application and roll out updates to current workloads. Skaffold, a tool that Google first unveiled in 2019, cuts the time needed for the task down to just a few seconds. As a result, software projects can be finished more quickly. With a number of new automation features, Skaffold V2, the most recent version of the tool that Google unveiled today, is expected to simplify developers’ work.
Google claims that the first new feature will aid in resolving issues with processor-related software development.
