Google has unveiled three new features for Search Generative Experience, an experimental version of Google LLC’s search engine run on generative artificial intelligence.
Less than two weeks have passed since the previous service improvement, and the update is now rolling out. Google’s Search Generative Experience, also known as SGE, made its debut in May. It adds a panel with an AI-generated response to the user’s query to the standard search results, enhancing them.
The service also provides a number of additional features that are absent from Google’s standard version. Users will have the option to hover over specific words in an AI-generated response to access definitions, according to Google.
