Germany is seeking its public to help mobilize the new application for tracing Coronavirus.
The government believes that the new Corona-Warn-App can help to break the chain of
COVID-19 infections – hoping to revive the country’s travel and tourism.
The application can be downloaded for both Apple and Android smartphones. It uses
Bluetooth short-range radio to scrutinize close contacts among people and issues a warning
if anyone tests positive. Jens Spahn, Health Minister of Germany, as reported to have mentioned in a press release, “Everyone who downloads the app, and everyone who
encourages friends to do so, is making a difference.”
