These updates will enable organizations to focus on product innovation, customer collaboration, and management. Nucleus and Nucleus Spaces are the latest features offered by Gainsight. Both are meant to enable enterprises to communicate with their consumers at scale across a variety of resources, including community content, product documentation, success planning, and adoption trends.

Alongside the product launches, Gainsight released The Durable Growth Playbook, a methodology that focuses on the six critical cross-departmental measures SaaS organizations should take today to drive growth that is resistant to market headwinds.
