Freshworks Inc., a software-as-a-service customer relationship management company, has established its initial public offering price range after filing for an IPO in August.
Freshworks is looking to collect up to $912 million in its first public offering, based on a $9 billion valuation. According to the company’s most recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing, it wants to sell 28.5 million shares at a price range of $28 to $32 per share.
The company touts its unique customer management and engagement software as making it simple to acquire, close, and retain clients for life for businesses of all sizes.
