Flexera has announced the acquisition of Revulytics, a software usage analytics firm. Following the acquisition, Revulytics will merge into Flexera’s application supplier unit, which helps software companies monetize. The move comes from Flexera with an aim to continue the expansion of its software monetization platform. Flexera’s tools help product managers align prices with customer value. Flexera hopes the Revulytics acquisition will provide more insight into the usage of products with compliance data analytics, user behavior and telemetry, and in-app messaging.
The expanded portfolio will allow Revulytics customers to realize more value from their IP, improve customer relationships, and grow their business.
