OpenText Corp., a provider of enterprise software, announced today that its fiscal fourth quarter adjusted earnings per share increased by 65% year over year to 91 cents on revenue of USD 1.5 billion.
The quarterly operating cash flow was USD 115 million, and annual recurring revenue increased by 56% to USD 1.2 billion. Cloud revenue increased by almost 10% to USD 452 million.
Enterprise cloud bookings for the quarter, which increased 12% year over year to USD 164 million, were the main factor in the company’s growth. With an operating margin of 31% and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of USD 463 million, OpenText showed no signs of slowing down.
The release of a new version of the OpenText Cloud Editions customer experience management platform in April was one of the quarter’s high points.
