Salesforce announced the launch of Einstein Automate. It is focused on workflow automation and easy integration of data. The solution seems to be a blend of robotics process automation combined with MuleSoft tools to connect apps and orchestration of workflows. It underlines Salesforce’s efforts to leverage Customer 360, to be deployed as more like process engines for enterprises.

The solution will also be complimentary to the main vision of Marc Benioff relevant to acquiring Slack for $27.7. The key elements of the solution will include Flow Orchestrator. It is a low-code workflow development solution and tool. The Flow Orchestrator uses AI and streamlined approvals and processes with the drag and drop interfaces.
