DataRobot Announces Acquisition of Algorithmia-01

DataRobot announces its decision to acquire machine learning operations platform Algorithmia and is also wrapping up a US$300 million Series G funding round in its efforts to dominate the augmented intelligence market.

According to DataRobot, the acquisition would boost its capabilities “to unlock value from AI through better, faster, frictionless solutions for every part of the modern enterprise.”

DataRobot CEO Dan Wright said Algorithmia’s technology and people remarkably enhance the company’s goal to shift from experimental to applied AI by enabling consumers bring every model into production with rapid time to value.
