Vaultree Ltd., a startup in the data encryption industry, has completed a USD 12.8 million early-stage funding round, bringing its total amount raised to USD 16 million.
SentinelOne, Elkstone Partners, CircleRock Capital, Cyber Club London, and a number of well-known cybersecurity authorities participated in the Series A round, which was led by Molten Ventures and Ten Eleven Ventures. An innovative end-to-end data encryption-as-a-service tool developed by the Irish company Vaultree allows businesses to access and use their data without having to divulge their encryption keys or data content to a technology or cloud provider.

The service is based on fully homomorphic encryption and patented enhanced searchable symmetric encryption, allowing businesses to retain complete control over their data even while it is being processed.
