Salesforce-centered developer operations (DevOps) platform Copado to acquire developer security operations (DevSecOps) startup New Context. The terms of the deal still have not been revealed.
Copado ensures businesses an integrated Salesforce-native platform covering all parts of the DevOps process, continuous delivery, spanning agile planning, compliance, and automated testing. Bringing New Context under its wing helps add additional compliance and security automation devices to Copado’s platform while supporting it to expand further ahead of the Salesforce cloud.
Copado CMO Andrew Leigh said that it’s essential for enterprises to develop multi-cloud software to unlock the full potential of business data.
