Coherent Raises 75 Million USD In A Series B Round For Growth In Hybrid-Work Age

Coherent, a no-code Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that develops bespoke APIs from business logic stored in spreadsheets, revealed that it has raised 75 million USD in a series B fundraising round headed by Maverick Capital. 

According to Coherent, the purpose is to “spark building business software for coders and non-coders alike.” Coherent Spark, the company’s platform, turns any type of business logic found in a spreadsheet – such as rules, formulas, and data models – into an application programming interface that can be readily integrated with other front- and back-end applications. 

Maverick Ventures, Owl Rock, a Blue Owl division, GreatPoint Ventures, and current investors Cathay Innovation and Franklin Templeton were among the investors in the round.
