Cloud software brand Blackbaud Acquires Everfi 

Cloud provider Blackbaud acquired social media company Everfi for $ 750 million in cash and stock.

Blackbaud- which offers cloud software services, will provide Everfi shareholders with an estimated $ 450 million and a total of $ 300 million common stock company.

Everfi based in Washington D.C. focused on “impact-as-service,” provides cloud-based software and other tools for private, public and social organizations. Everfi also works with companies on environmental, social and governance (ESG) policies and corporate social responsibility (CSR) obligations.
