Cloud security firm Okta has appointed Alvina Antar as the new CIO. Prior to this, Antar was the former tech leader of subscription-management company Zuora. She brings more than 20 years of experience as an IT leader.
She will report directly to Hector Aguilar, Okta’s President of Technology, and will be responsible for enabling seamless experiences for Okta customers and employees. Before Zuora, Antar was at Dell for 17 years, where she focused on digital transformation, global delivery, and mergers and acquisitions. She is said to help with due diligence and to evolve Okta’s playbook for integrating acquisitions.
