Auvik Networks Inc, a cloud-based network management software firm has raised $250 million in funding to accelerate product development and global reach. The funding was exclusively announced by Great Hill Partners that has taken a majority stake in the company.
The CEO of the company stated that the key to the new funding is international growth, especially the Indian and Asian markets. A part of the funding will also be used to develop products that address all aspects of cloud-based and remote network infrastructure. Auvik has raised $283.3 million to date. Previous investors include Rho Canada Ventures, Celtic House Venture Partners, OpenView and BDC Venture Capital.
