Cisco Teams Up with ServiceNow for Workplace Contract Tracing Integration

In a bid to improve workplace contract tracing for the COVID-19 pandemic, Cisco and ServiceNow have announced a partnership. The companies will integrate Cisco’s indoor location services platform, DNA Spaces, with ServiceNow’s contact tracing application.

According to ServiceNow, integrating DNA Spaces with its Safe Workplace Suite will help organizations to get a better understanding of the extent of their employee’s interactions, and take quick and informed decisions if an employee tests positive for the virus. The partnership will help organizations make more informed decisions to reduce the transmission of the virus.

Besides Cisco and ServiceNow, several tech firms are collaborating to help companies return to the workspace safely during the coronavirus pandemic.
