Cisco announces enhancements to Webex Calling, the cloud calling service which is a part of the Webex Suite of collaboration tools. Organizations attempting to provide unified communications tools for hybrid workforces could benefit from the enhanced capabilities and expanded global reach.
Cisco had initially launched Webex Calling in the United States and Canada in December 2020. Cisco Calling Plans and Cloud Connected PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) are now available in more than 65 countries, including the United Kingdom.
Customers can now supply new numbers fast and easily from IntelePeer using Cisco’s Cloud Connected PSTN, which is now directly integrated into its Control Hub. They can tailor their PSTN alternatives to their specific geographical and operating requirements.
