Cisco and AT&T Business Collaborated to Create a UCMC Platform

Cisco and AT&T have launched a new joint venture that will see Cisco’s Unified Communications Manager for the cloud combine Webex Calling with AT&T.

Cisco’s Webex collaboration portfolio and cloud communication services will now be available to AT&T enterprise clients, and the two companies said in a statement that Webex Calling with AT&T -Enterprise sales are expected to provide nearly one million users with access to the UCMC platform over the next five years.

 The UCMC platform will improve reliability and performance for all Webex Calling with AT&T – Enterprise users, according to Javed Khan, senior vice president, and General Manager at Cisco Collaboration.
