Centene, known for providing US-sponsored health insurance in the US, said it was “reviewing its non-essential assets as part of its ongoing portfolio development process, which includes exploring alternative strategies for its international business.”
The announcement, made as part of Centenary Investors’ Day, comes as the company is on the verge of tightening its U.S. health insurance policy and Magellan Health, which sells and regulates behavioral health services. Centene hopes to close its acquisition of Magellan Health by the end of this year, the company said.
Centene expects 2022 billion dollars from $ 135.9 billion to $ 137.9 billion, which was more than most analysts expected.
