To continue expanding its services, CDW acquire Sirius Computer Solutions in a US $2.5 billion deal that will bolster the ability of company to integrate technology systems.
Best known as a business technology retailer, CDW acquires Sirius Computer Solutions that will enable it to sell integrated systems for mid-sized and large enterprises. The firm is acquiring the company from private equity firm of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. CDW expects that the acquisition will significantly boost CDW’s non-GAAP earnings.
With the acquisition of CDW expects to accelerate its growth and take on more complex technology projects. Furthermore, CDW will expand its service business by 45%.
