In a series B financing, BrowserStack, a website testing platform for developer operations (DevOps) teams, raised $200 million.
The funding, which values the company at $4 billion, comes at a time when firms from all sectors have been forced to adopt digital change as a result of the worldwide pandemic. This has necessitated the development of more tools for testing software and accelerating the release of new features, with the cloud playing a key part in the process.
To be competitive, businesses must deliver software quickly and with high quality, according to Ritesh Arora, co-founder, and CEO of BrowserStack.
