Splunk Inc., a big-data analytics player recently announced three new executive hires who will be responsible for the accelerations of its cloud product and marketing strategies.
Joining soon after the company secured a $1 billion investment from private equity firm Silver Lake, the appointments include Sendur Sellakumar, the company’s first-ever Chief Cloud Officer, Claire Hockin, the Chief Marketing Officer, and Garth Fort , the Chief Product Officer.
The analyst of the company stated that Splunk is reshaping itself as it enters the cloud-first future. They claim to enhance their product and go-to-market strategy.
