Amazon on Thursday launched CodeWhisperer, a new tool for developers that denies code recommendations. The tool is presently in preview and powered by machine learning.
According to Amazon, the new tool provides machine learning-powered code recommendations to help developers be more productive. Additionally, it answers to basic commands in normal language, like “upload a file using server-side encryption.” By eliminating code suggestions that can be viewed as biased and unjust, CodeWhisperer will also assist programmers in avoiding bias.
Along with numerous IDEs, it supports most of the popular programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, and Python.
