Amazon announces broad cloud and AI collaboration with auto giant Stellantis-01

Amazon.com Inc. has announced in detail the extensive collaboration with Stellantis NV, a brand of automotive developers including smart cars, cloud-based data mesh and other technology applications.

Stellantis was founded in 2021 from a merger of Chrysler Automobiles with PSA Group. The Amsterdam-based company has more than 400,000 employees worldwide, with 14 car models, including Chrysler, Citroën and Dodge.

Last year, Stellantis elaborated on a powerful annual revenue growth program of $ 22.5 billion over a decade by selling additional software services and subscriptions. A pillar of the program is a digital cabinet system called the STLA SmartCockpit Stellantis plans to deliver in future cars. Amazon will play a key role in the development of a digital cabinet.
