Alice_Bob raises _30M to launch first fault tolerant ‘cat qubit’ computers in 2023-01

Alice&Bob, a Paris-based start-up is building what it claims to be fault-tolerant quantum processors. The start-up has raised €27 million in the series A Funding round.

The organization claims that that it will be using the funding to develop chips and computers. It also aims for a business model based around exponentially-powered quantum-computing-as-a-service, all for a 2023 launch.

The Series A Is being co-led by Elaia, Bpifrance (by way of its Digital Venture fund), and Supernova Invest, with participation also from Breega.
