AirSlate Acquires DocHub to Expand Automation Services for Document Workflow

In a deal announced today, venture-backed document processing provider AirSlate will buy privately held PDF editing and document signing platform DocHub. 

The deal’s financial details are not being made public. Just over a month ago, on June 16, AirSlate secured USD 51.5 million in a series C round of fundraising. Through the use of robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI), the company’s technology platform offers a number of no-code document workflows that help increase productivity.
