Accenture and Verizon Team up to Launch B2B Platfom fo Job Seekers

Accenture and Verizon have partnered to launch a B2B platform called People + Work Connect to connect companies laying off employees due to the COVID-19 -with organizations looking to hire. Accenture’s technology group will build the platform, and the CHROs are donating their planning expertise. The B2B platform aggregates non-confidential workforce information by location and experience. It aims to help companies that have recently laid-off employees to help their people find new roles.

The collaborative tool is free for employers across all industries, although only companies with 100 or more jobs to fill or employees to place can join.
