The Keyrus Group Begins Negotiations In An Exclusive Capacity To Make A Tactical Investment In Sonum International

The Keyrus Group announces that it has entered a final negotiation phase with the aim of acquiring a majority stake in Sonum International, a European group, leader in the consulting and implementation of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions.

Founded in 2010, Sonum supports its clients in optimizing the implementation of performance management processes, methods and technologies.

An Anaplan Gold Partner and Anaplan Certified Training Partner, Sonum has successfully led more than 120 implementations in large international groups and mid-sized companies.

Anaplan’s Global Partner and Anaplan’s 2021 Partner of the Year for the Americas, Keyrus has a strong presence in the field of connected planning, with an integrated team of EPM consultants operating in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. These consultants have served more than 200 companies by providing tailor-made solutions to all their key departments.

As industrial partners for several years, Keyrus and Sonum share a common culture of entrepreneurship and global value creation for their clients.

This capital combination is a new step that will enable Keyrus and Sonum to further strengthen their offerings and geographical coverage, with combined teams now gathered in 26 countries and on four continents.

In an uncertain economic context and in an environment where the shortage of resources in the field of technology and consulting penalizes the growth and transformation of companies, Keyrus and Sonum are now better equipped to support their clients in adapting to these contexts and achieving their strategic objectives.

« Through this operation, we want to pursue our development strategy in the field of EPM by consolidating our positions in this growing market in Europe, and to penetrate new markets with high potential. ” says Eric Cohen, Chairman and CEO of the Keyrus Group.

« Our investment in Sonum strengthens our capabilities, as a global consulting firm, to provide unparalleled commercial and technological expertise to our clients to enable them to continuously transform themselves in a constantly changing landscape,” adds Nicolas Camerman, Senior VP, Head of M&A and Strategy missions at Keyrus Group.

Maud Vermeulen, Founding Partner of Sonum International, comments:                   “In Keyrus, we have found a partner that is fully in line with our culture of knowledge sharing and expert services. By joining forces, we are creating a global company that will provide even more growth opportunities for our teams and allow us to continue delivering high-quality, high-value solutions to our customers. »

At the end of this operation, Sonum’s OneStream Practice International will remain active independently under the new name “AIQOS” from 1er February 2023.
