SlickText Expands Product Team with Addition of SaaS Veteran

SlickText, a proven leader in text marketing, has welcomed Brandon Kellogg as the company’s new vice president of product management. Kellogg brings 25 years of experience leading cross-functional teams for mid- to large-scale projects in software and product development.

In his new role, he’ll use his technical expertise to enhance SlickText’s features — prioritizing user stories to guide development — and carry out the product roadmap. Kellogg will also collaborate with both the business and development teams applying SlickText’s transformative technology to resolve customer problems.

“Brandon has spent over two decades crafting and engineering people-first solutions,” said Matt Baglia, CEO of SlickText. “By joining our team, he’ll help continue SlickText’s growth and momentum both as a company and as a leading text marketing solution. Not only will he bridge the gap between business and product goals, but he’ll help us better relate to our customers and their pain points across all industries we serve.”

Previously, Kellogg worked as a product manager and then director of software development at Colibri Group. This family of brands provides learning solutions for licensed professionals in many fields, including real estate, nursing, social work, and finance. His other positions include director of project management at Ramsey Solutions, software engineer at Wells Fargo and head of engineering and product at McKissock LLC.

“As evidenced by the company’s recent success and momentum, I’m looking forward to solidifying SlickText as the leading text marketing solution,” said Kellogg. “Their employee- and customer-first approach has made waves within the industry. I’ll strive to level-up our approach to product by being hyper focused on solving our customers’ problems and needs.”
