Service Express announces an expansion of its ExpressConnect® platform to support monitoring integration with Splunk and Zenoss. Customers can automate their data center support using their existing monitoring systems with ExpressConnect at no extra cost. Once integrated, their monitoring system will automatically open a new service ticket when a hardware failure occurs. This feature decreases downtime and streamlines customers’ data center maintenance.
Service Express continues to be the first and only in data center maintenance to offer monitoring integration solutions to its customers with Datadog, Nagios, PRTG, SolarWinds and Zabbix. Today, Service Express is expanding these integrations with the addition of Splunk and Zenoss.
