People 2.0 , the world’s largest service platform for Employers of Record (EOR) and Agents of Record (AOR), today launched announced that it has acquired Husys, an India-based provider of end-to-end HR consulting and EOR services. People 2.0 continues to expand its global footprint and suite of EOR/AOR services, and this transaction marks the company’s fifth acquisition in the past year. This latest acquisition provides Husys with additional capabilities around the world while further expanding its ability to serve global conglomerates in the fast-growing Indian market.

In March, People 2.0 announced the acquisition of Abu Dhabi-based EOR/AOR service provider BOTH , expanding its footprint into the fast-growing MENA market. In April, we acquired Sydney’s Ayers Group, cementing our position as the market leader in People 2.0 in Australia. People 2.0 expanded its offering last month with the acquisition of Brookson Group , a leading UK-based provider of support services to independent contractors .
Husys’ team will join People 2.0’s Asia Pacific operations to ensure continuity of relationships and to guide customers in making the most of People 2.0’s global resources. Over the next few months, Husys will begin transitioning to the People 2.0 name and brand. Further details of the transaction were not disclosed.
