Mallika Edwards, an experienced information technology executive, joins 1898 & Co., part of Burns & McDonnell, to lead its software solutions business. The software solutions group specializes in creating enterprise-ready software on a turnkey basis, tailored to meet specific challenges faced by clients in the industries served by 1898 & Co. and Burns & McDonnell.

Most recently she served as senior director of interoperability at a major health-care technology firm where she led business and product strategy for community outreach.
