With a customized solution developed for Le Biscuit, the new system allowed, in addition to full customer service and an increase in the efficiency of internal management, the implementation of the omnichannel sales model — in which the operations of the physical stores and the digital channels. Additionally, the hiring of Hughes gave new impetus to the project to expand the chain of company-owned stores.
