DocuWare Announces Acquisition of DocuScan 

DocuWare, a leading provider of document management and workflow automation solutions announces its acquisition of DocuScan.

Headquartered in Erftstadt near Cologne, Germany, DocuScan a leading IT services provider in the field of digitization for over 20 years, has built its reputation providing expert services and customized workflow automation solutions to medium sized enterprises throughout Germany.

“When we heard of DocuScan’s plan to sell, it quicky became clear that not only would an acquisition protect their employees and customers; it would also allow us to merge their skills, experience and expertise with ours to lead the way in improving business efficiency and workflow automation,” stated Dr. Michael Berger, DocuWare President.
