C3 AI (NYSE:AI), the AI application software company, and NCS, a leading technology services provider and member of the Singtel Group, announced today a strategic partnership focused on delivering AI solutions to clients in Southeast Asia (SEA) and Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) for diverse industries including telecommunications, government, financial services, transportation, and others.
This agreement represents C3 AI’s first strategic partnership with a telecommunications group. NCS will leverage its deep domain and technology expertise serving governments and businesses in SEA and ANZ, investing up to $10 million to develop and implement enterprise AI applications built on the C3 AI ® Suite . C3 AI solutions will also be deployed across Singtel, Optus and other affiliated telecommunications networks to take advantage of enterprise AI for their operations and customers.
As a leader in enterprise AI applications, C3 AI offerings include the C3 Suite, a powerful end-to-end enterprise AI platform; the C3 AI Ex Machina, a codeless solution that anyone can use to generate actionable enterprise AI insights; C3 AI CRM, the first customer relationship management solution (Customer Relationship Management, CRM) powered by AI and customized by sectors; and a comprehensive inventory of pre-built enterprise AI applications.
These applications cover a wide range of use cases, such as C3 AI Energy Management to optimize energy consumption and carbon emissions, C3 AI Predictive Maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime, and C3 AI Fraud Detection for transactions financial.

In its Global CIO Agenda 2021 survey, Gartner identified that SEA and ANZ were among the fastest growing regions in the world in applying digitization to optimize business processes . In addition, information directors in these regions have identified artificial intelligence/machine learning as a transformative technology . To capitalize on this trend, C3 AI and NCS will jointly create a Center of Excellence to jointly explore new solutions that will accelerate enterprise AI adoption and develop customized offerings tailored to the business needs of the Asia Pacific market.
