Forrester also noted, “The workforce will be a blend of full-time employees and ability with no conventional ties to an organization…Workers will move from job to job and across authoritative limits more unreservedly than ever.” Besides, it is also true that still, a majority of human employees are skeptical, and they are not ready to adapt to workplace technologies.

The World Economic Forum has forecasted that by 2022, average employees will require an extra of 101 days of learning to get ready for the introduction of automation and other advancements. In a fluid work ecosystem, most individuals aren’t really prepared to invest energy in any unfulfilling roles. Instead, people demand stimulating work and expect their employers to furnish them with the latest aptitudes.

In the current COVID-19 crisis, artificial intelligence and automation can be a blessing in a disguise to many – giving a platform to businesses and individuals to build up a sustainable delivery model with skills that could take a while for humans to acquire.
